In his book, Breakfast of Champions, Kurt Vonnegut Jr. describes the feelings of a character who is going out in public for the first time, dressed as a woman. He writes, "He felt uninhibited and beautiful and lovable and suddenly free".
These are feelings we should want all people to experience and if it is dressing in clothes that are generally worn by members of the opposite gender that produce these feelings in a person, who cares?
Heaven knows that there is enough heartache and pain in this world. Things that bring joy should be celebrated. Some people find joy in nature, others in creating art, some derive these feelings from having a dog. If Bryon Noem achieves happiness through his clothes, let him be, for some of the other options listed might be a source of trauma for him.
