It is looking like those who claim "States' Rights" whenever they want to take away our bodily autonomy now claim the states have no right to inform you about chemicals that might kill you.
We need to take up the mantle of Rachel Carson and demand that no person should have to come in "contact with these poisons, without their consent and often without their knowledge". States that feel that the federal government hasn't gone far enough to protect their citizens ought to be able to require more stringent labeling requirements. If the Supreme Court says that right is not found in the constitution (see 10th Amendment) then we need to do the work to change the court or amend the constitution or both.
