Almost exactly two years to the day after a meteor crashed into the home of a person in Hillsborough, NJ, scientists have released their analysis of the rock. In the article, we are told there are two types of primitive CM meteors (CM1 and CM2). Then we are told the one that crashed into the NJ home is CM1/2 because it exists in a state intermediate to the two defined types.

Huh, so once again nature is reminding us that our desire to put things in fixed boxes is not aligned with the way of the universe. We are shown, again, that things are not so simple, and we should recognize that a continuous spectrum of possibilities is usually more aligned with physical reality.

Vaclav Havel wanted humans to change their mindset and rebel against uniformity and the status quo, to revel in variety and the adventure of novelty.

To make myself perfectly clear, I hope you all take a few minutes to watch Grace Petrie sing: "You will figure out what's yours/And that it's got/Nothing to do with fitting neatly in a box/That was constructed to make it seem/Like people come in just two teams/And anything that's in between ain't good enough/And you will love/And you'll be loved". And from this to understand that not only is diversity the lesson of nature, but we should rebel with all our soul against efforts to put ourself or others into a box.
