People will use to treatment of women and girls as a means to attack religions other than their own, but unfortunately, the subjugation of women is a theme that runs through societies and religions around the world. Recent surveys show the world-wide attitudes toward women moving in the wrong direction and this requires us all to push back with renewed efforts to stop this worrying trend.
