Every day we are subjected to oscillating reports about peace deals and renewed fighting. Reports that the Strait will be opening followed by reports that it remains closed. News that oil prices are rising and moments later that they are cratering.

On the surface this looks like pure chaos and indecision, but hidden below the surface, maybe it is all a means for a small number of people with insider information to become rich. Maybe those in the upper echelons of power are in on this "Insider Trading" and are more concerned with adding to their wealth than they are about the health of our country.

80 years ago, FDR warned us to be aware of small groups of selfish men "who would clip the wings of the American eagle in order to feather their own nests". At the time he was referring only to business men, now we have such men with their hands on the levers of power inside our government.
